England Premier League | Old Trafford | 14th September 2019 15:00

Manchester United and Leicester City are set to serve up an open contest in their Premier League clash at Old Trafford. Both teams have shown great potential in attack so far this season but have exhibited glaring defensive weaknesses. They are tipped to produce BTTS with United backed to have the edge at home.

Manchester United were held to a 1-1 draw at Southampton last time out in the EPL. They struck first through Daniel James’ superb first half effort but were pegged back by the Saints after the restart.
The Red Devils have battled with defensive problems all season but have suffered just one defeat in four matches. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men are valued at 1.75 for a win on Saturday but with just one clean sheet this season, BTTS should be considered at similar odds. Summer signing Daniel James has settled down quickly to life at Old Trafford having scored three goals already. The Welsh international should start in attack alongside Marcus Rashford while Anthony Martial is in line to make a return from injury.

Leicester were victorious in their previous Premier League outing as they triumphed 3-1 at home against Bournemouth. Jamie Vardy bagged a brace for the Foxes with his goals coming either side of a Youri Tielemans effort.
Brendan Rodgers’ men are also poor defensively and have kept just one clean sheet in four matches this season. They have struggle on the road with just three wins in their last 10 away matches. Jamie Vardy has hit the ground running this season with three goals in four matches. He is set to continue in attack with the impressive a James Maddison and Youri Tielemans both likely to feature in midfield.

Daniel James will be the one to watch for Manchester United following his impressive start to life at Old Trafford. The hosts will also be boosted by the return of Anthony Martial, who has combined with Marcus Rashford for four goals this season. Leicester City will look to Jamie Vardy to provide the spark in attack following his brace last time out. The striker often troubles defenders with his pace and directness and with Youri Tielemans and James Maddison also in good form, the visitors should have enough to cause United problems.
