Liverpool will aim to keep pressure on the top spot in the premier league with a win when they travel to face Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday afternoon.
WOLVES RESULTS, STATS, SQUAD
Wolves are unbeaten in their last three games with a win and two draws. Their last premier league outing was a frustrating goalless draw against Burnley. Despite 65% possession and 17 shots, Wolves failed to find the back of the net for the second consecutive game. They have scored just once during their last four premier league games which is a worry for boss Bruno Lage. Despite only losing one of their last nine premier league matches (W5 D3), their return of 12 goals in the first 14 games is their worst run at this stage of a premier league season in nearly 10 years. Wolves sit eight in the premier league table with 21 points. Willy Boly, Jonny, and Pedro Neto are ruled out for the hosts.

Jurgen Klopp’s men have been ruthless on the road this season scoring over 2.5 goals in all away games in all competition. Liverpool has scored 43 league goals so far – the highest in Europe. The injured quintet of Naby Keita, Joe Gomez, Harvey Elliott, Roberto Firmino, and Curtis Jones are still sidelined.
